During Winter Term, 2011, Eric Lambert’s Ecological Philosophy class (Phil 108), participated in several service-learning projects focusing on interactions with and usage of the Arboretum.  One project’s results was the creation of free van transportation to and from the Arb to facilitate more student visitation.

If you would like to obtain the use of a K fleet vehicle (free of charge) in order to get your group to the Arb, please fill out the application form below. No affiliation with a student organization is necessary.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide a certified van driver and return the vehicle back to Facilities Management with a FULL tank of gas. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of gas, the driver will be charged up to a $100 fee.

If the vehicle is reserved but not used, the person/organization who requested the vehicle will be responsible for the rental fee.
